About Erica

I’ve spent more than ten years in technology sales and channel development, most of it building partner programs where there wasn’t one yet.

At CloudSyntrix, I inherited a ten-partner book and a CRM that couldn’t show which partner sourced which deal. Over the next year, I built the structure around those relationships: partner tiering, intake standards, attribution in HubSpot, standing cadences, and monthly opportunity trackers for our largest partners. The program grew to about 70 partners, and partner-sourced closed-won value grew 6.5 times. I was hired to run the channel. Today I lead both the channel and business development teams.

Before CloudSyntrix, I built channel motions at Heimdal Security across North and South America, recruiting MSPs, VARs, and three new distributors, and closing the largest single sale in the company’s history at $1.3 million. At Oxygen Forensics, I managed more than 40 resellers serving government buyers including the FBI, DOD, and NYPD.

A theater degree in a channel role

My degree is in theater. I captained my college speech and debate team and took first place at nationals in dramatic speech. People are sometimes surprised by that. Channel work happens in rooms: a partner principal deciding whether to put your name in front of their best customer, or a business review where the numbers need a clear story. Reading a room and holding one is a large part of the job.
